Agreement
These terms govern use of godhealingtemple.org, the God Healing Temple member portal, and related ministry services provided through SanctuaryFlow. By using the site or portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
Our ministry purpose
The website shares worship, teaching, events, and ways to connect with God Healing Temple in Rochester, New York. The portal is for invited members and staff to access directory, groups, giving, and church operations. Content is offered for spiritual encouragement and church administration, not as professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
Accounts and access
Portal access is by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Notify the church office if you believe someone else has used your account. The church may suspend access to protect the congregation or the platform.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or portal: no unauthorized access, scraping, spam, harassment, or posting of unlawful or harmful content. Do not attempt to interfere with security, other members’ data, or payment processing. Public forms are for genuine inquiries, prayer, visits, and membership—not automated abuse.
Giving
Online gifts are voluntary offerings processed by Stripe. A completed payment is recorded in the church giving ledger. Receipts are emailed when email delivery is configured. Refunds, if any, are handled by church finance staff according to church policy. The church is not a bank or investment service.
Content and trademarks
Sermons, media, branding, and site copy belong to God Healing Temple or their respective owners. You may share links for personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy the site or ministry media for commercial use without permission.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Pastoral and giving records are visible only to roles that need them for ministry.
Disclaimer and limitation
The site and portal are provided as a ministry service, “as is.” We work to keep them available and accurate, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access. To the extent allowed by law, God Healing Temple and its platform providers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or portal.
Changes and contact
